First of all on the sight it says all orders are shipped from the US. But my order wasn't. It was shipped from China. Second after 4 days of no response I was told that my shipping address was wrong but no one let me know. I had to ask about my order. After a week of communicating my order was finally shipped which took a total of 3 weeks including to date of my order..
There communication is horrible.. I finally recieved my part but please make sure your address is correct before placing your order
One it dosnt work. Two they never sent me any emails or anything saying when it would be here. Three the only reason i have it is because i check my mailbox. Four customer support was horrible

The downpipe is a little short, the second piece is ok but has zero exhaust hangers, the piece that is supposed to connect to the muffler has a few bends at the muffler side that make it impossible to work. Also that piece has one exhaust hanger, too bad it isn’t anywhere close to where it’s supposed to be. That last piece should be a straight shot with no bends. I picked up a straight pipe from napa. If you buy this kit just know that you aren’t getting a kit designed for the ram eco diesel and you will have to get some straight pipe and make your own kit
This kit is not a plug kit at all. Literally just blanks that are still open to the environment and have no benefit placing them on the ends because water and debris can still get in. Complete rip off and waste of money.
Have not received my order as of yet very slow shipping I already ordered it from somewhere else and it came. I will be returning it back to you if it ever arrives smh

Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the bolts provided are the wrong thread. Plate looks nice and does its job.

I received the kit and all associated parts. The only issue is the aluminum filter head. The threads inside the filter head, where the shut off valves (SOV) screw into were not in good shape. The threads were not very deep and looks like only one pass was done to cut the threads. The deeper into the head the less thread. I could only screw the shut off valves 2 turns. I had the clean out the threads with a wire brush. I was afraid to put too much pressure on the SOV and the filter head, to not strip the threads. I eventually did use a crescent wrench to tighten the SOV to the filter head and so far so good. The supplied Teflon seal tape we as so thin you could almost see thru it. I used my own which was thicker and worked fine.
One other thing was the nipple that is used to attach the filter to the head. It was loose and had the be screwed in and tightened. There was Teflon tape on it as it came installed but really no way to lock the threads. Everything else was fine.

Customer service is something else altogether. I waited over 2 weeks for an item that was supposed to do with 2 days. When I asked for an update, I was simply told to "be patient".
Uncertainty, because @ 95,000miles I don't know if it's too late and have I really saved my lifters from failure ? One thing is for sure, using the disabler is costing me atleast 3 mpg.
The up pipe had to be forced and bolted into position because the lower end’s bend wasn’t long enough and left the up pipe’s flexible section pushed into the block. Not ideal and hopefully it wasn’t damaged where it contacted the block.
Fit good, hose threads a little rough needed brushing, one O ring was the wrong size.
They were a time to figure out and did not have one for the big plug in the rear by the spring.
