The item didn't come with any instructions. I can figure it out, but it would make it ALOT easier if it came with instructions. Like: where to bolt it and how to route the hoses.
If you could email instructions, that would be great.
And I purchased it, to install on my 2017 JGC , Overland edition w/ the 5.7L Hemi.
The hose that came with the kit,was wrapped so tight it caused it to be squeezed close. I left it lay in the sun and it did open up some. Hose was thick and hard to route without kinking it.no catch can provide,as described.
Good quality! My only gripe is that the pipe wasn’t long enough to slide together so I had to go buy a extra wide 4” clamp to hold the two pieces together.. I also had to buy longer bolts to attach front flang.. overall seems to be a good product that should last for years..

You need 3 inch longer on each hose.
You need to supply steel wool for incoming.

Talked with tech service and told them what I wanted to do and they responded fast with answers on what would be needed. Awesome company to work with. Parts came fast, parts are quality with good fitment. Tune loads easy. Had issue with tuner but they resolved the issue with no problems. Would highly recommend EGR Performance for your diesel parts.

I installed in less than one hour with a new PCV. It fit like a glove. The only problem I saw was communication on Delivery and lack of providing tracking reference. Took quite some time to arrive.
fast ship, i decided not to use the plate cover in order to keep the original look. i couldnt find just the gasket online like this alone but it works as a blocker between the egr and intake. if i ever did a complete smog delete then i already have the plate cover now. 96 f150 xlt 5.8l 4x4

Intercooler tube boots seemed decent. They did not fit on my E99 plenum so I returned all of them to order the correct ones. I did not reorder from EGR performance because they do not offer E99 boots.
So far so good, only been using it 2 weeks but it’s doing what it’s supposed to 👍
