The one exception is the LLY Turbo Inlet Intake Elbow with the resonator plug, which is specific to the true 2004.5-2005 LLY.
A quick note on the 2006 trucks: an early 2006 often badged as an LLY is physically an LBZ with detuned ECM tuning, so it takes LBZ-fit parts. If you are unsure which engine code you have, check the eighth digit of the VIN before you order.

Do I need a tune after installing an LLY intake elbow, intercooler pipe, or PCV reroute?

None of these parts require a tune to run, and a stock LLY will start and drive exactly as it did before with the intake elbow, hot side pipe, and resonator delete bolted on.
A PCV reroute is purely a plumbing change to the crankcase vent, so it does not touch the calibration either.
