Good, but part of it came late

Got the part I ordered in a timely manner, but one piece of what I ordered was missing. I do not recall getting an email about this either. However, a couple days later, a box arrived with the missing piece, tapped up everywhere. I believe the mail had some trouble delivering. Nonetheless, received the parts.
