What Jeep performance parts are in this collection, and what engines do they cover?
This collection is built around bolt-on hard parts we actually stock and run, not a catalog of guessed SKUs. The direct-fit pieces cover four Jeep and FCA engine families.
We carry a CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet HEMI oil catch can and its laser-cut Z-bracket for the 5.7L and 6.4L HEMI in the Charger, Challenger, Chrysler 300, and Grand Cherokee 5.7 and SRT 6.4, a shorty exhaust header for the 3.8L Wrangler JK, a CAN bus connector for the 3.6L Pentastar Ram 1500 on the shared FCA platform, and an EGR delete FCV kit for the 2.5L CRD Liberty diesel.
For the classic 4.0 inline six, the modern 3.6 Pentastar in the Wrangler, Grand Cherokee, Cherokee, and Gladiator, the 3.0 EcoDiesel, and the Trackhawk, read the fitment answers below, because we will point you to the right part or tell you honestly when we do not carry it.
Will the HEMI oil catch can fit my Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L HEMI or SRT?
Yes, the catch can fits the 5.7L and 6.4L HEMI V8 family that spans the Dodge Charger, Challenger, Chrysler 300, and the Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 and Grand Cherokee SRT 6.4 from 2011 to 2021.
The 6061-T6 billet can with its staged baffle and high-temperature Viton O-ring is engine-family universal across those HEMIs. The companion Z-bracket is laid out for the Charger, Challenger, and 300 engine bay, so confirm bracket clearance for the Grand Cherokee before you order.
The supercharged 6.2L Trackhawk runs a different charge-air layout, so contact us for that application rather than guessing the bracket.
Do you carry the best cold air intake for Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.6 and Wrangler?
Cold air intake is the single most searched Jeep mod, but we do not currently carry a Jeep cold air intake for the Grand Cherokee 3.6, the Wrangler, or any other Jeep in this collection.
What we do carry on the breathing side is the HEMI oil catch can, the 3.6 Pentastar CAN bus connector, and the T304 stainless exhaust clamps. A catch can is the upgrade that actually protects your intake and valves from PCV oil fouling, which is the failure a cold air intake alone will not solve.
If you want a true cold air intake for your Jeep, we will tell you straight rather than sell you a guessed kit.
Do you sell headers or long tube headers for the 5.7 HEMI Grand Cherokee and the 4.0 inline six?
The only exhaust header in this collection is a ceramic-coated, TIG-welded shorty pair with a matched gasket set for the 3.8L V6 in the 2007 to 2011 Jeep Wrangler JK, which replaces the cracked factory manifold and restores midrange torque.
We do not currently stock a long tube header for the 5.7L HEMI Grand Cherokee, a header for the 4.0 inline six, or a header for the 3.6 Pentastar. Those are common searches and we will not fabricate a fitment.
For the 3.8 Wrangler the shorty header is a direct, bolt-in replacement with no exhaust rework required.
Is there a cat-back exhaust or Corsa exhaust system for Jeep Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, and Gladiator?
We do not carry a full cat-back exhaust or a Corsa exhaust system for the Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, or Gladiator in this collection.
What we do carry on the exhaust side is a two-pack of T304 stainless 2-inch butt-joint band clamps that fit the 3.6L Jeep Wrangler and 2.8L Chevrolet Colorado exhaust from 2004 to 2024.
Those clamps are exactly what you need to seal a slip joint or butt joint when you build or service an exhaust, without crushing the pipe wall the way a U-bolt clamp does.
What does the 3.6L Pentastar CAN bus connector do, and does it work on a Jeep?
The CAN bus connector is a sealed, no-splice tap into the FCA Controller Area Network that lets you monitor, log, and run calibration work on the 3.6L Pentastar V6.
It is specced for the 2019 to 2022 Ram 1500, which shares the Pentastar platform with the Wrangler, Grand Cherokee, Cherokee, Gladiator, and Compass.
The connector is the hardware interface, not a handheld tuner or a chip. Confirm the CAN pinout for your specific Jeep before ordering, since FCA has revised the connector across those model years.
What is the best performance chip or tuner for Jeep Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, and Cherokee?
We do not carry a handheld performance chip or tuner for the Jeep Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, or Cherokee in this collection.
The CAN bus connector here is the hardware network interface, not a calibration, so a separate tuner such as a Diablo, Pulsar, or JT device would still be required to actually change the tune on the 3.6 Pentastar or 5.7 HEMI.
For a naturally aspirated Pentastar or HEMI, the gains that hold up in the real world come from keeping the intake clean with the oil catch can and running a quality tune, not from a chip that overpromises.
Does the EGR delete kit fit the 3.0 EcoDiesel Grand Cherokee, or only the Liberty CRD?
The EGR delete FCV full kit in this collection fits the 2.5L CRD turbo diesel in the 2005 to 2006 Jeep Liberty, not the 3.0L EcoDiesel Grand Cherokee.
The 3.0L EcoDiesel is a different VM Motori engine family with a different EGR architecture, CAN system, and emissions calibration, so the Liberty kit will not transfer.
If you are searching for 3.0 Jeep diesel performance or Grand Cherokee diesel performance parts, contact us and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot supply.
Are these Jeep performance parts street legal, and are they something I can install myself?
Most parts in this collection, the HEMI oil catch can and bracket, the 3.8 Wrangler header, the 3.6 CAN bus connector, and the exhaust clamps, are 50-state street-legal performance and repair parts that remove or bypass no emissions device, and they are bolt-on, do-it-yourself installs.
The 2.5L CRD EGR delete FCV kit is an emissions delete, so it is for competition and closed-course off-road use only, and you must confirm it is legal and registered for your local jurisdiction before installing it on a road-driven vehicle.
Every part ships with free shipping, is backed by a 1-year warranty, and comes with our 45-day return policy, so you can confirm fitment on your specific Jeep risk-free.
What are the best performance upgrades for a 4.0 inline six or 3.6 Pentastar Jeep build?
For the modern 3.6 Pentastar in the Wrangler, Grand Cherokee, Cherokee, and Gladiator, the build that holds up pairs the platform-appropriate oil catch can with a quality tune and a free-flowing exhaust serviced with our T304 clamps, plus the CAN bus connector for monitoring and logging.
For the classic 4.0 inline six in the XJ, TJ, ZJ, and WJ, we do not currently carry a 4.0 header, intake, or cylinder head, and we do not stock performance spark plugs or a throttle body for the 3.6 Pentastar, so we will tell you honestly when a searched part is not in the catalog.
The smart play on any Jeep build is to fix the breathing and the PCV oil fouling first, then add power, because a clean intake is what lets every other upgrade actually work.
