What Is an Oil Catch Can?
An oil catch can diesel is a reservoir installed in the PCV/CCV system to trap oil mist, vapors, and moisture from blow-by gases.
For engines like the Duramax, Powerstroke, Hemi, BMW, or the Cummins oil catch can prevents re-entry into the intake, reducing carbon buildup.
Our oil catch can kits, including 5.9 Cummins catch cans and 6.0 Powerstroke catch cans, ensure clean operation without modifying emissions.
Why Every Performance Engine Benefits from an Oil Catch Can
Installing a 6.7 Cummins or a 7.3 Powerstroke catch can cuts soot accumulation, boosts combustion efficiency, and extends turbo life.
For heavy-duty use, like in a 12V Cummins catch can setup, it saves $300–$600 yearly on maintenance.
Benefits include 20-30% better performance, lower fuel costs, and enhanced durability—ideal for 3.0 Duramax catch cans or Hemi oil catch cans.
How an Oil Catch Can Works: The Science Behind It
Blow-by gases escape pistons, carrying oil vapors. Our dual-chamber diesel oil catch cans use baffles to separate contaminants, venting clean air.
For the best oil catch can for 6.4/5.7 Hemi, or other engines, this prevents intake sludge, maintaining throttle response. Rigorously tested, our designs excel in high-heat diesel environments.
Types of Oil Catch Cans: Choosing the Right Design
Select a single-chamber for basics or a dual-chamber like our 6.7 Cummins CCV delete catch cans for superior filtration.
Materials include aluminum for durability in Cummins catch can kits.
Universal vs. specific: BMW oil catch cans or N54 oil catch cans fit precisely. Compare the best oil catch can for 5.7 and 6.4 Hemi options for your needs.
Installation Guide: Step-by-Step Process
DIY in 30-60 minutes: Mount between PCV and intake, route hoses, secure with clamps.
For 6.7 Cummins or 5.9 Cummins oil catch cans, no special tools are needed. Our 24/7 support and video guide you—perfect for 6.0 Powerstroke oil catch cans.
Maintenance and Cleaning: Keeping Your Catch Can Effective
Check every 3,000-5,000 miles; drain via removable bottom. For Hemi oil catch cans, simple wipe-downs suffice. Prevents clogs, ensuring longevity—backed by our 1-year warranty.
Compatibility and Fitment: Ensuring Proper Vehicle Application
Fits Duramax, Cummins, Powerstroke, Hemi—adapters for the best oil catch can for 5.7, 6.4 Hemi, 6.0, 6.7 Powerstroke, 3.0, 6.6 Duramax, or 5.9, 6.7 Cummins.

AFM/DFM Disabler RA003 | Disable Active/Dynamic Fuel Management
Works great would definitely buy it again
I don't even remember how I came across your delete plug, but it did the job. No check engine light!
Works like a champ! Only thing I don’t like is the light is so bright at night but I love how it turns off when vehicle is not running!!
Product was as expected and was a perfect fit. Very good quality. Wish there had been a offering for plug off kit for the smog pump and intake. I made parts out of the stock pile. Lol. Very satisfied.

EGR Simulator Eliminator / Block Off Plate Kit for 1986-1995 Ford F150 F250 F350 Mustang Trucks
This not only disabled the irritating 4cylinder mode but as a pleasant side effect this also cleaned up the erratic transmission shift points. My truck now runs as a 5.3 liter V8 should.
I’m honestly surprised. Best $50 I’ve ever spent.
Do it 👍
AFM/DFM Disabler RA003 | Disable Active/Dynamic Fuel Management
Appears to be working flawlessly. Excellent price and so far haven't seen a significant change in milage, plus throttle seems more responsive. Hopefully this helps my Jasper replacement engine live a good long life.🤞
Does exactly what its advertised to do, completely shuts off the V4 fuel management system. Also, I noticed no pedal lag. Definitely a lifesaver for the 5.3.
Happy with the AFM disabler so far. Would have like more updates before the unit was shipped.
very happy
