It simulates a "closed" EGR valve signal to the ECU, preventing EGR-related Check Engine Light (CEL) codes while allowing the engine to burn fresh air/fuel for improved performance. 

Q: Will this device disable my EGR system?
A: No. The EGR Eliminator does not disable the EGR valve or its functions. It simply keeps the CEL off by mimicking a proper EGR signal, making it ideal for off-road/race applications where EGR is non-essential.

Q: Which Ford models are compatible with this EGR Eliminator?
A: Fits 1986-1995 Ford F150, F250, Bronco (2.8L, 4.9L, 5.0L, 5.8L, 7.5L) and 1986-1995 Ford Mustang (2.3L/5.0L). Verify your vehicle’s year and engine before purchase. 

Q: How do I install the EGR Eliminator?
A:

1. Disconnect the EGR valve wiring harness and clean the connector.
2. Insert the Eliminator firmly until the locking tab clicks. Secure it with tape/zip ties to prevent vibration.
3. Start the engine—if the CEL stays off, installation is successful.

Q: Will the Check Engine Light (CEL) still work for other issues?
A: Yes. The Eliminator only suppresses EGR-related codes (e.g., Code 33/332). Other engine issues will still trigger the CEL. 

Q: Does this affect engine performance or emissions?
A: The Eliminator improves performance by ensuring the engine burns fresh fuel/air. However, it is designed for off-road/race use only and may violate emissions laws if used on public roads.

Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Yes. We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Off-road use voids no warranties, but compliance with local laws is the user’s responsibility.
