Product Overview
The 6.0L Powerstroke EGR delete kit is the permanent fix for the worst failure on the 2003-2007 Ford F250, F350, F450, F550 Super Duty and Excursion 6.0L turbo diesel. It removes the factory EGR cooler and valve that rupture and dump coolant into the intake, ending hydrolock risk and lowering EGTs.
Every EGR delete kit for a 6.0 Powerstroke we ship is built from 304 stainless steel and CNC billet aluminum, pressure tested for a leak-free seal and a direct bolt-on fit that matches the factory mounting.
Y Pipe And Up Pipe
The 6.0L up pipe feeds the turbo, and the EGR delete seals its port with a block-off plug. A freer-flowing Y pipe cuts backpressure and spools the turbo quicker.
Oil Cooler
The 6.0 Power Stroke oil cooler runs hot once the EGR cooler leaks coolant. Upgrading it with the delete keeps oil temperatures down and protects the HPOP on long tows.
Intake Manifold Gasket
Fit fresh intake manifold gaskets while the intake is off for the delete. New gaskets seal the manifold to the heads and stop boost leaks on a high-mileage 6.0L.
Inlet Manifold Gasket
Inlet manifold gaskets sit at the intake-to-turbo passages and harden with heat. Replacing them during the delete keeps the fresh intake install clean and leak-free, so your 6.0L builds boost as it should.
