Blocking EGR flow and removing the DPF and CAT together lets the 6.6L Duramax LML breathe cooler, denser air. The turbo spools faster and the truck recovers the power and torque the emissions parts were robbing under load.

Which trucks fit the LML full delete kit?

Fits 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD with the 6.6L Duramax LML. Confirm your truck is an LML before ordering, since other Duramax years use different exhaust flanges.

Cab and Chassis commercial trucks are not a fit. This kit is built for pickup frames with the stock LML exhaust routing.

How do I pick the right downpipe connection?

2011 through 2015.0 LML trucks use a 3-bolt flange off the turbo downpipe. Late 2015.5 through 2016 trucks use a V-band clamp.

Check your connection before ordering: three bolts means 3-bolt flange and a round clamp means V-band. Ordering the wrong style means the pipe will not bolt up.

Does the kit include a tuner?

The Full Kit variant ships with a Mini Maxx tuner pre-loaded with Shift-On-The-Fly files. The Hardware Only variant ships the EGR and DPF delete parts with no tuner.

Either way a DPF delete capable tuner is required to run, because removing the emissions parts also removes their sensors.

LML Duramax Full Delete Kit Installation Guide

The LML full delete kit bolts in with basic hand tools in about one to two hours. This is an off-road and competition install only, and the truck needs a DPF delete capable tuner to run with the emissions parts removed.

Remove the EGR and Exhaust Components

  1. Park on level ground, let the 6.6L Duramax cool, and disconnect the negative battery terminal.
  2. Unbolt the EGR cooler and valve, then drop the DPF and CAT from the turbo downpipe and exhaust.
  3. Fit the intake block off plate, exhaust block off plate, and three terminal cooling hose, then hang the 4 inch T-409 pipe with the supplied clamps and hangers.

Confirm Connection and Cut for Your Cab

  1. Match the downpipe end to your truck: 2011 to 2015.0 uses the 3-bolt flange and 2015.5 to 2016 uses the V-band clamp.
  2. Crew Cab Long Bed trucks bolt straight in. Short Bed and Single Cab pickups need a minor cut to length before the final clamp.
