Product Overview

Built for 2011-2023 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Super Duty trucks, the 6.7 Powerstroke CCV reroute kit vents oily crankcase vapor out of the intake with a venturi-style breather and a 6ft silicone hose. The factory CCV/PCV system dumps that blow-by back into the turbo inlet, coating the intercooler and intake with sludge, so rerouting it keeps your engine bay clean and your intake free of oil. Explore the 6.7 Power Stroke CCV delete lineup.

Catch Can Options

  • Internal Catch Can: a compact can built into the CCV plate that traps oil mist with no extra exterior mounting.
  • External Catch Can: a separate mounted can that collects crankcase vapor away from the plate for easier draining on tuned trucks.

Legal Note

For competition and closed-course off-road use only. This kit is not legal for on-road use in California, Colorado, or Arizona, and it is prohibited for public street use under federal emissions laws.

Core Advantages

Venturi-Style Crankcase Ventilation

A venturi-style design replaces the restrictive factory baffle, so crankcase pressure flows out instead of building up. That keeps oil seals happy and stops the leaks and engine vibration that high crankcase pressure causes on a tuned 6.7L Powerstroke.

Cuts Oil Contamination

The reroute cuts crankcase blow-by by up to 80 percent and keeps oily vapor out of the turbo inlet and intercooler. No more sludge coating the intake pipes and valves, which is what robs a 6.7 Powerstroke of power over time.

Frees Engine Space

Removing the top-mounted crankcase box opens the engine bay for custom installs and easier access to surrounding components. You also lose the puddles that collect under the truck from the factory breather.

Racing-Ready Build

The black anodized aluminum plate resists corrosion and shrugs off high under-hood heat. It is built for the high-stress abuse of off-road and competition diesel use, not a light-duty street part.

Ideal For

  • 2011-2023 Ford F250, F350, F450, and F550 Super Duty Owners: Built for trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke who want to clear oily sludge from the intercooler and intake. Whether you own an early 2011 build or the latest 2023, the bolt-on fit is identical across the range.
  • Off-Road and Competition Builds: Race trucks and trail rigs that need lower crankcase pressure, a cleaner engine bay, and freedom from factory emissions restrictions on the ventilation circuit.
  • High-Mileage and Tuned Trucks: Owners chasing longer turbo life and a cleaner intake on a tuned 6.7 Powerstroke platform, from a 2015 F350 work truck to a 2019 F250 tow rig.

What is a 6.7 Powerstroke CCV reroute kit, and how does it work?

A 6.7 Powerstroke CCV reroute kit changes how the engine handles crankcase blow-by. The factory CCV/PCV system recirculates oily vapor back into the turbo inlet, coating the intercooler and intake with sludge. This kit vents that vapor away from the intake through a venturi-style breather and a 6ft silicone hose, so your engine breathes clean air.

What does a CCV PCV reroute kit do for the 6.7 Powerstroke?

It cuts crankcase blow-by by up to 80 percent and keeps oil out of the intake tract. That stops intake gumming and intercooler sludge, lowers crankcase pressure, and helps the turbo and valves last longer. You also lose the oil puddles that collect under the truck from the factory breather.

Is the 6.7 Powerstroke CCV reroute kit legal for road use?

This kit is for off-road and competition use only. Removing or modifying emissions-related ventilation hardware on a vehicle driven on public roads can violate the federal Clean Air Act.

EGR Performance does not sell or ship this kit for use in California, Colorado, or Arizona. Check your local laws before you install it.

Will this CCV delete fit my 2017 F250 6.7?

Yes. The kit fits all 2011-2023 Ford F250, F350, F450, and F550 Super Duty models with the 6.7L Powerstroke, including your 2017 F250 6.7 build. The same bolt-on fit covers a 2017 6.7 Powerstroke across the F250 and F350 platforms.

Does it fit a 2019 F350 6.7 Powerstroke?

Yes. A 2019 F350 6.7 Powerstroke is covered, along with every 2011-2023 Super Duty in the 6.7L family. The 6.7L spans several ECM generations, and the hardware fits them all with no fabrication.

Will this kit fit my 2011, 2012, or 2014 F250 6.7 Powerstroke?

Yes. A 2011 F250 6.7, a 2012 F250 6.7, and a 2014 F250 6.7 are all covered by the 2011-2014 generation fitment. The kit drops into the early 6.7L Powerstroke valve cover with the supplied plate and hardware.

Does it work on a 2015 or 2016 F250 and F350 6.7?

Yes. A 2015 F250 6.7 and a 2016 F350 6.7 are both covered, along with every 2015-2019 Super Duty in the 6.7L family. The same 2016 F250 CCV reroute hardware also fits the F350 and the heavier F450 and F550.

What about 2018 and 2019 6.7 Powerstroke CCV delete fitment?

Covered. The 2018 and 2019 6.7 Powerstroke trucks use the same bolt-on fit, so a 2018 F250 ccv delete or a 2019 F350 ccv delete installs the same way as the earlier years. The 6.7L CCV reroute spans the full 2011-2023 range.

CCV reroute vs CCV delete: what is the difference?

The terms are used together, and this kit does both jobs. A CCV delete removes the factory crankcase filter and breather box, while the reroute sends that vapor to a clean vent location instead of the intake. Some builders add an internal or external catch can to trap oil before it leaves the hose.

Does the CCV reroute kit include a catch can?

The base kit includes the anodized plate and the 6ft silicone hose for a clean reroute. If you want to trap oil at the source, add our oil catch can for the 6.7 Powerstroke, available in internal and external styles for the 6.7L platform.

How long does it take to install the 6.7 Powerstroke CCV reroute kit?

The kit is a direct bolt-on that fits all factory mounting points with no modifications. Most owners finish in about 15 minutes, even as a first-time job. Professional installation is recommended if you are unsure about hose routing.

What material is the CCV/PCV plate made of?

The plate is black anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance and heat tolerance up to 200°C. The hose is 6ft of ¾ inch oil-resistant reinforced silicone, pulse-tested to handle high engine temperatures and harsh conditions.

What is the warranty and return policy?

Every kit carries a 1 Year warranty from EGR Performance against manufacturing defects. Unused, uninstalled kits can be returned within 45 days. For fitment confirmation before purchase, email your VIN to service@egrperformance.com.

How do I get installation support and video guides?

Reach our team at service@egrperformance.com for video installation guides and technical assistance. We verify fitment by VIN across the full 2011-2023 6.7L Powerstroke range so your order is right the first time.

Installation Guide

The 6.7 Powerstroke CCV reroute kit is a direct bolt-on job. Plan on about 15 minutes with basic hand tools, and let the engine cool fully before you start. This is a crankcase ventilation mod, so no off-road tune is required to run the truck afterward, but the kit itself stays off-road and competition use only.

Before You Start

Park on a level surface and let the engine cool. Locate the factory CCV/PCV module on top of the passenger side valve cover, where the bulky crankcase box sits. Have the supplied clamps, bolts, and the 6ft silicone hose within reach before you loosen anything.

Step 1, Remove the Factory Ventilation Box

Unclip the factory crankcase breather plumbing and lift off the top-mounted CCV box. Wipe the mating surface clean so the new black anodized aluminum plate seals against a dry, flat gasket face.

Step 2, Mount the Anodized Plate

Set the CCV/PCV plate in place using the included bolts and seal it down evenly. The billet plate removes the restrictive factory baffle and sets up the venturi-style flow path that drops crankcase pressure.

Step 3, Route the Silicone Hose

Connect the 6ft reinforced silicone hose to the plate nipple and route it away from the intake, turbo, and cabin air inlet. Run it low and back toward the frame rail so oily vapor vents clear of the engine bay and the cab stays odor free.

Step 4, Secure and Verify

Tighten every clamp and confirm the hose cannot rub on moving parts or hot surfaces. Start the engine and check for leaks or loose connections, then re-torque the plate hardware after the first heat cycle. Professional installation is recommended if you are unsure about routing.
