Product Overview
This performance bundle combines the EGR Delete Kit and 4" aluminized steel turbo down pipe, engineered for off-road modification on 2011–2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. It removes the failure-prone factory EGR valve and cooler assembly to stop hot soot exhaust gas from recirculating into the intake manifold. The 4" down pipe replaces the factory turbo outlet exhaust section, opening exhaust flow and cutting exhaust backpressure under heavy load. This hardware upgrade reduces intake carbon buildup, lowers exhaust gas temperature and improves turbo response for towing and off-road use. An off-road tuner is required to clear emission fault codes after hardware installation.
